I am so excited for another fantastic year at Barton Creek Elementary! This will be my 5th year in the BCE family and my 10th year of teaching. Previously, I taught 1st and 4th grade in the Leander school district.
I was raised in the Dallas area, but moved here to go to Southwestern University in Georgetown. I fell love with Austin and have been here ever since! At Southwestern, I earned a degree in Psychology with a focus in Developmental Psychology and minors in history and gender studies.
I have two children who love being Blue Jays at BCE. My daughter is in 5th grade and my son will be in 3rd grade this year.
I am looking forward to working with my students and their families this year!
